if i am not part of Microsoft 365 Copilot EAP then i can't use Microsoft 365 Chat at present ?

is License of Microsoft 365 copilot is prerequisite to use Microsoft 365 Chat ?

Yes, a Microsoft 365 Copilot license is required. Enterprise and Business customers will be able to purchase licenses when the product is GA in November; you should talk with your account team for details
