How can I use Microsoft Copilot in a shared mailbox?

How can I use Microsoft Copilot in a shared mailbox? The Copilot can only be used for mails in my mailbox and not in another general mailbox that has been assigned to me. The mailbox does not have its own access to which I can directly assign a licence. Is there a possibility?

Hi @Daniela_H_FJS,

currently, Microsoft Copilot in Outlook is restricted to a user’s primary mailbox and is not supported on archive mailboxes, group mailboxes, or shared and delegate mailboxes.
