Extend Microsoft Copilot for Teams using Copilot Studio

Hi,

I'm trying to extend Microsoft Copilot using Copilot Studio. Basically I've generated a new AI Plugin that uses a Prompt.

Now I want to "Publish" that Plugin so my Copilot in Teams... use it.

I'm following the steps on:

But I don't see a Microsoft Copilot App on my Integrated apps list on the Office 365 Admin site..

Does anyone accomplish these steps?
