Creating Automated Audit Reports with Copilot While Preserving Style and Format

Copper Contributor

Hello everyone,

I’m looking to create a prompt or algorithm using Copilot or Copilot Studio that can help me generate automated audit reports based on a template document. I have a few specific requirements, and I’d appreciate any advice or experiences you might have:

  1. Preserving Format and Style: I want the generated reports to retain the font, style, and overall format of my template document.

  2. Mimicking Writing Style: I would like the new text added to the report to mimic my writing style as seen in other documents I've authored.

  3. Using Information from a Table Document: The new information to be added to the report should be drawn from a table document where I enter data according to specific categories.

Challenges Encountered:

  1. I’m limited to referencing up to 3 documents.
  2. The documents are quite lengthy, and Copilot only used the first paragraph from each one.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to achieve this with Copilot or Copilot Studio? I’d also appreciate any recommendations for other methods or complementary tools that could assist me with this task.

Thank you in advance!
