Copilot working for word but not for any other programs

Hi There,

Co pilot is working on word but not on any other app like outlook or excel. 

Can anyone help

Does it work on PowerPoint and OneNote? Do you get an error message?

Open Excel --> Click on Account --> Click on Update license then enter your credential
