Hi,
I tried to find a way to translate an office document with Copilot O365, but I didn"t find it.
I know that, in Powerpoint, we can use translation but it's applied on paragraph by paragraph if we want too keep the format of the document.
So is it possible to do it with Copilot?

You're right, Copilot currently doesn't offer built-in document translation within Office applications like Word. While PowerPoint has a paragraph-by-paragraph translation feature, Copilot doesn't replicate that functionality at this time.
-But give it a try with Powerpoint, where you can create presentations in any language using Copilot.
Future updates might integrate translation functionalities. Given its focus on productivity assistance, translation could be a valuable addition.

You can translate a Word document or a selection by clicking on Review Tab on the Ribbon and then use Translate button

The translation of a whole presentation without altering the layout would be an amazing progress and use of Copilot indeed. The translation tool built-in Powerpoint is not good unfortunately
