Copilot Studio:
For creating and managing bots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, a "per user license" is required for each user. These licenses should be assigned to individual users who need access to create and manage chatbots.
Copilot for Microsoft 365:
Users must have licenses for both Microsoft 365 E3 or Microsoft 365 E5 and Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365. The pricing for Copilot for Microsoft 365 is $30.00 per user/month with an annual commitment.
