I have a very basic prompt for Copilot for Teams - "locate in my inbox messages from <email> where orders from <Company name> are discussed. Show orders' details"
Sometimes this prompt works as expected. But quite often (it can be the same chat or a new chat) it starts saying "sorry, there are no such messages". Then, after a few attempts exactly the same prompt (the same email and company name) starts working again.
How does it work? How can I make it 100% predictable? Otherwise, it spoils any opportunity of practical usage...
