Hi all,
I am planning to create a bot in the copilot studio for Dynamics CE, where my customers (contact) will be able to get their data.
Example, if my customer want to get status for a particular case or product or any customer entity info, they can query the bot and the bot will return the data to my customers.
My question is how to allow my customers to login and view only their data through the bot
Any idea/guide would be greatly appreciated.
