Copilot and Outlook

It seems that my Outlook is not properly connected with my Copilot.  When I ask questions about my emails or my calendar, I am given false information and if I ask specific questions - like "list emails from a specific person" it cannot find any.    I asked copilot to respond to an email by looking up available time slots in my calendar and it gave me open time slots in the previous week or it gave time slots in which I already had meetings scheduled.

Are you using new Outlook or classic? Do you have graph grounding on your license?
How can I check if we have "Graph grounding"?
I have a Copilot license through 365. According to my question to Copilot, graph grounding is included.
Also - I am using new Outlook.
When the license is assigned the product is issued out via services. An admin can check to see that all are activated for the user.

I followed instructions given by Copilot and confirmed that in "Search & intelligence" that "Include connector results" is turned on. Does this confirm that I have graph grounding?
No an admin would need to make sure the "Microsoft Copilot with Graph-grounded chat" service plan is on your license in the admin center. It likely is but something to check.
