Is it possible to mix numbers from multiple countries under a single Business Voice subscription?

We have 16 (small) office worldwide, each with only a few users.  I need to allocate geographically 'local' numbers to each office to ensure calls within their own countries are billed at the lowest rate possible.  Ie:  Canada staff need Canadian numbers so that calls to local businesses are charged at local rates whilst Australian staff need Australian numbers for the same reason.

Also... can I port in numbers from any country worldwide?

Thanks in advance.
