I have a small business with 4 employees and we deal with lot of financial data. What would be the best remote work model for us if we have to restrict our employees from downloading the data to their devices (including restricting outlook from downloading files into the end devices).
We currently have a domain in AAD and each of the users having account/email.
Is it possible to have a true cloud work environment where employees use office365 and onedrive and all data including mail attachments can be foreced only to be stored in onedrive? If so what kind of license is needed?
