We’ve taken the next step of the Microsoft Fluid Framework journey and the public preview is now available for all Office 365 enterprise customers worldwide. Check out our announcement at Ignite to get a glimpse of the value that Microsoft’s Fluid Framework will bring to your teams. Fluid Framework will soon integrate seamlessly across applications, allowing for instantaneous co-authoring and simplified workflows. And like the demos you have already seen, it will allow for live and connected tables, charts, and any other elements across all the apps you are using.
At Microsoft we are also trying out this new experience. We have been using it to take notes, organize our thoughts and @mention people to work together on tables, dates, details, and more. It helps our work groups stay on the same page and collaborate with lightning pace. Over time, we will continue to light up experiences across Microsoft 365 including Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Outlook, and documents in Office.
Thank you to the thousands of people that already tried out the experience and gave us feedback! We are early in the journey and your feedback and input has already helped shape the direction of the Fluid Framework. Based on your input, we have made fixes, made the experience even faster and more reliable, and made improvements such as being able to pause animated GIF's, insert local images, and a typing shortcut to quickly start checklists with .
