Unified Labeling Client - OSX

Hey Team, 

 

We have a several users who use mac. THey are running catalina and are also running version 16.55 of office 365 for Mac. 

 

Sensitivity labels are setup and running in our environment, our fleet of PCs are using them without issue. However we are only being prompted and/or able to select a label in Outlook - That works. 

 

Word, Excel (assuming Powerpoint as well) do not have the option for sensitivity labels at all. If you manually add the sensitivity button to the ribbon it stays greyed out. 

 

We're expecting that word, excel powerpoint etc, will prompt when a user goes to save a document, or at least allow a user to select a label.

Under Manually apply change or remove a label it lists Mac. 

 

Any ideas?
