we use onenote to communicate between members of a team and to record work in a medical team

 

we create a tab for each patient and add text to communicate their progress and add results etc, its used for handover and to manage work - once the patient is treated the tab is deleted.

 

i have two questions

 

1. Is there a way of creating templates for a to-do list. eg. if a patient has a heart attack, there will be a series of tasks that need completing. Could tick boxes be added for this, then as members of the team action they can tick etc. 

2. Is there a way of archiving them in ways that record interesting things about the patients, eg heart attacks that required certain treatments etc. Seems a shame to record this info without keeping some of it for audit etc
