We are in a project migrating from a Office 2010 deployment to Office 365 Pro Plus at a customer. We have implemented a Telemetry dashboard and installed the agent on the Office 2010 clients. The agents are reporting but we're missing data in the Solutions part of the dashboard. In the solutions tab the Success Rate isn't populated with any data on the Office 2010 part.
Any idea how why this isn't working. We couldn't find any problem.
