I created a servicing profile for Monthly channel installs but it seems to have pulled in some people on Current Channel Preview and moved them to Monthly !! even though its not selected.
What happens if you do not use the Servicing Profile. How do clients get updated to the latest version of M365 Apps - do they get a prompt and have to click to update ?
Just wandering what benefits the servicing profile gives.
