I downloaded Visio to my Office 365 pro plus desktop software. Upon restarting my computer the ribbons in all of the Office 365 programs have reverted back to the Office 2010 default ribbons. For eample, the delete button reverted from the trash can to the big black X. The send and receive all mailboxes reverted from the large arrow circle back to the double envelope. When I open the software the splash screen still says Office 365 under the program name showing it is Office 2016.
