Recent documents in word/excel/etc are not ALL recent documents

Hi there,

Since the update or around that time, my recent opened documents for excel and word don't show ALL recent opened documents. But a selection. One of my most opened documents is not on there and I can not find it in "more" section so I could pin it.

How to solve this? Is it only showing documents of one drive now? If yes, how to put it back to ALL documents?

It seems to be just very poor Microsoft software.  I need to shift to Apple Numbers or Google or LibreOffice and stop paying for this poor product.
