Hello everyone,
facing this issue for nearly 500 users in outlook. Happening for MFA enabled users, gets resolved on clearing credentials from credential manager and going through the MFA process again.
Any ideas ?

That looks like the message corresponding to Conditional access restrictions, so check for any CA policies. Similarly, check for any Client Access Rules: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt842508(v=exchg.150).aspx

Hello
This is happening for most of the users who are in MFA. And there are no client access rules as well defining such restriction.
This is happening for users who are in 2016 office version as well and is seen only in outlook
