OneNote Windows 10 doesn't open

I've recently been receiving this error message.

 

ONE NOTE ERROR.png

 

After 2 days, OneNote W10 refused to open. Every time I click on the app, the starting screen flashes and closes. The app doesn't appear in the Task Manager. 

 

Things I've tried: 

 

Restarting PC

Deleting settings.dat

Deleting cache

Repairing the app

Resetting the app

Uninstall/Install the app from Microsoft Store

Uninstall/Install Office 365 (both 32 bit and 64 bit)

 

I'm running 64 bit Windows 10 if that helps. 

 

If anyone has had experience with this, please let me know.
