OneNote Windows 10 crash (freeze completely the pc)

In the last minute OneNote (Windows 10 version) crash several times.

I am only using OneNote (full monitor), Edge with a video on Microsoft Streams (background), and an Xp pen Deco 01 to write.

On Event Viewer I see this error:

the problem is that OneNote freeze, I can hear the video on Microsoft Stream for a couple of minutes and then the entire pc block.

Ctrl+Alt+Canc or Alt+F4 doesn't work
