If I press the down key to move the cursor go down by one line and the cursor is close to the button of the page, OneNote will annoying jump the page up to where I don't recognize with an 0.5s delay. This is super disturbing to user since the relative movement of the cursor is non-deterministic. User won't be able to tell where is the cursor after the jump. Please don't reinvent the wheel here. Just do the same thing as any other apps are doing. Move the page right when the cursor move if it hit the button. Any delay is a mental distraction.
