OneNote Online "Sorry, we can't get your notebooks right now. Please try again later."

Hi,

 

A user when try to use OneNote Online gets the following error message (already tried on different brosers) "Sorry, we can't get your notebooks right now. Please try again later."

 

Locally on the machine the notebook is accesible from outlook. Have anyone fixed a similar issue?
