OneNote Class Notebook Question

Copper Contributor

I work at a University where participants join us for one week of content. We average 125 participants a week. We have created Participant Guides in OneNote. To make distribution easy and enhance collaboration, we have piloted using the OneNote Class Notebook.

Given our participant volume, if we keep adding participants to the same class notebook, we will have thousands of students in that notebook. My hypothesis is that the participant volume will slow down Notebook syncing substantially. And if we remove the participants who recently attended the week prior from the Class Notebook, they no longer have access to their content.

Any solutions? We love the distribution ease that the Class Notebook affords us, but anticipate the above issues. Participant Guide distribution through email or thumb drive really isn't a viable option. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

@John Morrison, to clarify, were the questions confusing? Please elaborate?
