OneNote 365 attachment note constraint - text position after not before?

Word capable of text before attachment (:paperclip:) but OneNote 365 can only have text after attachment. 

WORD EXAMPLE:

************************ TEMPLATE ********************************

TO-DO LIST:

1. ☐ Submit Redbook ? (Please attach File)  
2. ☐ Submit Greenbook? (Please attach File)  

************************ OUTPUT ********************************

TO-DO LIST:

1. ☑ Submit Redbook :paperclip: 
2. ☐ Submit Greenbook 

As shown above,  my template shows text only; :paperclip:to be added later.

I prefer text before :paperclip: for reasons including:

1. typical practise: prefix explains intent of :paperclip:
2. text visibility prioritized; otherwise part of text will be hidden depending on Window width.
3. :paperclip:position after text less user-friendly IMHO
   1. :paperclip:name is typically partial shown until clicked on
   2. :paperclip:name created by others which don't necessarily explain its intent 

I tried Table as alternative but lose flexibility of List when adding/subtracting items.

I am already immersed in OneNote & prefer not to switch to Word for Template containing List with attachments.

Appreciate how to achieve text position before attachment?
