OneNote 2016 is resizing/shrinking images

%3CLINGO-SUB%20id%3D%22lingo-sub-2643006%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3EOneNote%202016%20is%20resizing%2Fshrinking%20images%3C%2FLINGO-SUB%3E%3CLINGO-BODY%20id%3D%22lingo-body-2643006%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3E%3CP%3EI've%20seen%20this%20behavior%20a%20few%20times%20over%20the%20years%20on%20work%20machines%2C%20but%20I've%20never%20seen%20it%20on%20a%20personal%20installation.%20I'm%20aware%20of%20the%20%22Restore%20to%20original%20size%22%20option%20--%20but%20it's%20absurd%20to%20have%20to%20use%20that%20feature%20every%20time%20you%20paste%20an%20image.%3C%2FP%3E%3CP%3E%26nbsp%3B%3C%2FP%3E%3CP%3EAnd%20this%20behavior%20is%20clearly%20not%20by%20design%2C%20because%20I've%20only%20seen%20it%20happen%20a%20few%20times%20in%20over%2010%20years%20of%20using%20OneNote.%3C%2FP%3E%3CP%3E%26nbsp%3B%3C%2FP%3E%3CP%3EUpdating%20the%20video%20driver%20didn't%20help.%20Any%20thoughts%3F%26nbsp%3B%3C%2FP%3E%3CP%3E%26nbsp%3B%3C%2FP%3E%3CP%3EThank%20you!%3C%2FP%3E%3CP%3E%26nbsp%3B%3C%2FP%3E%3CP%3E%26nbsp%3B%3C%2FP%3E%3C%2FLINGO-BODY%3E

I've seen this behavior a few times over the years on work machines, but I've never seen it on a personal installation. I'm aware of the "Restore to original size" option -- but it's absurd to have to use that feature every time you paste an image.

 

And this behavior is clearly not by design, because I've only seen it happen a few times in over 10 years of using OneNote.

 

Updating the video driver didn't help. Any thoughts?
