officec2rclient.exe version numbers

officec2rclient.exe requires version numbers in arguments to be in the 16.0... format 

eg officec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.11231.20122

But MS website

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdates/update-history-office365-proplus-by-date#related-topi...

only provides the other format.  eg 10730.20280

How to convert between the two?

Put 16.0 in front of it :)
