Hello everyone!!!
I installed the Office Pro Plus 2016 (Version 1803); the product got installed very well and I have could be able to use it with no restrictions; however, every time I go to my account area, Office is telling me that the product needs an Activation Required. I have Office 365 installed in four other computers and it is only in my PC when I got this issue. I tried the app SetupProd.exe to solve the problem but it doesn't work. I have re-installed Office but that doesn't help either.
The software is provided by my University with option to be installed in 5 computers, so I still cannot find where the problem could be.
Can someone has had the same problem? There is a solution you can provide? Thanks in advance.
