Office Pro Plus - How to see channel versions from Account Options

Hi guys,

why I have two different situations when I look for an Office 365 current version of my clients MS Outlook?

Deferred Channel is visibleDeferred Channel is NOT visible

Is there a way to manage this behaviour?
