Is anyone at Microsoft going to address this issue? Something similar happened to me today - my notebook wasn't sync'ing and I followed these instructions to help reset the login (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/fix-sync-issues-in-onenote-for-ios-or-android-3d7fd4e9-0f...) and now my notebook is no where to be found, on any of my devices. Not even in OneDrive either. Deleting/removing notebooks without firm confirmation puts users data at risk, which is evident by this.
