In 2016 version there is a link that makes the notes that was made during a meeting could be sent to the participants.
This feature exists in windows 10 also, but it is only the link to the meeting notes that are shared.
My problem is that when doing so I send the link to my personal site where I have the note book. So if the participants wants to read my notes they must get access to my site.
I can save it as a .pdf but that takes time and the previously function let me just click and send.
