Excel 2013 will not open a password protected file on my Windows 10 computer. I can open and edit the same file using Excel on my Android phone, but when I attempt to open the file which was originally created and saved using Excel 2013 on my Windows 10 PC, after entering the correct password I either get a message saying "system resources are insufficient to properly display the file" or just a blank worksheet with no cells displayed. I have tried reinstalling Office 13, but still get the same result.
Does anyone know how to correct this problem?
