Dictate in OneNote2016 Desktop Version

Hi everyone,

is it possible to use the "Dictate" Function within OneNote 2016 on the desktop version, or is this only possible on the Web version of One Note.

In OneNote 2016 you can "Record Audio" but not Dictate.
