Is there anyway to determine if a user is actually making use of a ProPlus license? I suspect we have a load of users who only ever use OWA, but we've happily assigned an E2 and a ProPlus license to them. Would love to be able to work out if they actually need them.
Apart from crawling the O365 Audit logs for any mention of "Word", "Excel" etc, I cannot think of a way to report on this. And that will only help in case the users are accessing any documents stored in O365, if they simply work with locally stored files there will be no record in the logs.
