Custom Letterhead

If I have designed a custom letterhead in Word for my client, how do I create a document that allows the text to flow beyond the initial page. Currently, once the text box is filed on the designed initial letterhead page you have to create a new document to continue the letter.

You should NOT be using a text box. The letter head detail should be inserted into the First Page Header\Footer and the content of the letter itself should be inserted into the body of the document and when all of the available space has been used, a new page will automatically be added.
I agree with Doug Robbins on using the Header and Footers to insert such letterhead content. Be sure to use the “Different First Page” feature if you want your subsequent pages to look different. I’ve also used it for custom watermarks, backgrounds, and for filling out full-page forms that were received as scanned images.
