I want to try to do this in excel, so that I can send the files to various stakeholders. But I'm not as excel savvy as I would like.
So I have 13 interns that do a 3 week rotation in my department through out the fiscal year (July 1st-June 30th). During each interns 3 week rotation I schedule them for various classes and activies.
What I ideally want is to have a calendar shows the entire year, or easily allows to scroll/click through each month, that has each interns 3 weeks highlighted (preferably different colors). Then I have a list of activies that have to occur and dates that I have them scheduled for. The dates that have the activies scheduled I would like to be highlighted as well.
So basically a calendar that I could have one set of data change the background color to highlight the 3 weeks and then the other set of data would change the font color of the date the data lands on.
I have (sort of) figured how to do one or the other, but not both on the same calendar.
