Running on Windows 10 (10.0.17763) on Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 (16.0.4266.1001)
I am attempting to export my Notebook in a *.onepkg and receive the error "Something went wrong and we can't do what you asked. We're sorry". I am unable to backup regularly now, and I am copying the files from App Data in the mean time for separate *.one files.
I attempted to run the One Note diagnostics to gain logs, although it did not send the email, and also forced One Note into safe mode on the next start up. I have this available if I need to run again to see if i can gain logs. Mostly I cannot really troubleshoot this error as it does not have a code attached.
Does anyone have any insight into this issue or where to locate the errors, crash reports, or logs to use for troubleshooting?
