Automating the export of data from Microsoft 365 Apps admin center

Copper Contributor

Hi,

is it possible to automate the export of data from Microsoft 365 Apps admin center? We would like to run a scheduled export of data via MS Graph or PowerShell and then utilise this in our custom Power BI reports.

I have seen that it is possible to manually export data from some sections in the portal to a .csv file. Is there any way to automate the process?

Kind regards,

Elliot

Dear Elliot,

Thank you for reaching out with your question about automating the export of data from the Microsoft 365 Apps admin center. Unfortunately, as of now, there is no capability to automate this process through MS Graph or PowerShell.

While it is possible to manually export data from some sections in the portal to a .csv file, automating this process would require functionality that is not currently available. However, it's possible we could introduce new features or APIs in the future that would make this possible.

In the meantime, I suggest periodically checking for updates from Microsoft. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Best regards,

Thanks Dhirendra. I guess that answers my question for now.
