Ive got several text blocks to make my resume look pretty but read that ATS' may not read them.
Looking at these text boxes, is it possible to set my resume up in Word with no text boxes? I tried unsuccessfully but the spacing was a nightmare as theres a lot of formatting involved and Im not a Word pro... I'm concerned that although i used only Calibri and Cambria fonts, maybe someone wont have those and it'll become a mess.
I'm looking for answers from someone who actually uses/used ATS to read resumes : Is it worth trying to remove text boxes like I'm using to make one continuous text area?
ps - I try to send pdfs but some employers want a Word doc.
