Who assign a particular license to users

Greetings,

I have around 10 people responsible for assign E1, E3, E5 and etc. licenses to my users on my tenant. I would like to know when and who exactly assign them.

I know if I search on the Audit Log I get results like user1_admin@acme.com assigned a license to user2@acme.com under "Set license properties" or "Changed user license" activities type.

But that does not give what specific license was assigned: E1, E3, E5, etc.

Do you know how to find which specific license was assigned?

Any help is appreciated

Yeah, this is a known issue, I complained about it a while back: https://practical365.com/why-microsoft-365-audit-logs-lack-proper-fit-and-finish/
I also raised it with some MS folks and apparently it will be addressed in the future.
