Where is the "disposition management role" assigned in M365?
I need to assign the disposition management role to a user in M365. The instruction here (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/disposition?view=o365-worldwide) states that the role needs to be assigned, but it does not specify where the disposition management role can be assigned. I looked in M365 admin and Exchange admin and could not find disposition management role. Where does a global admin assign the Disposition Management Role? Thank you

In the Security and Compliance Center, under permissions: https://protection.office.com/permissions
By default the Compliance administrator and the Compliance data administrator Role groups have it assigned, but you can create a new role group if needed.

@Vasil Michev - Thank you, I will make the changes.
Does that mean the instructions here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/disposition?view=o365-worldwide are obsolete?
Thank you, again.

They're basically saying the same thing, the important point is that you need the Disposition review role.
