PowerApps Control who can create Apps

Hi,

we want to evaluate PowerApps with a few users but want to prevent (at the moment) them to create their own apps. Is there a way to build that up? As far as I have understood it would only be possible to remove them from the Environment Makers in the default Environment, which is not allowed.

Have you tried simply to remove PowreApp licenses to the users you don't want to allow to build PowerApps?

Good idea, but after then the users are not able to run apps anymore.
