Office 365 Enterprise Project Type

Hello - I am fairly new to Office 365 Project.  However, I am trying to figure out how to assign a workflow to my default enterprise project type.  I created 4 workflows stages, etc., already.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am curious which project type are you talking about and where did you define that?
