Good morning,

I am having trouble with one of our email accounts being blocked, it appears that we have no admin accounts on 365 so I have no way of unblocking it. I have tried getting through to support but with no admin rights that's a no go. the person that set up Office 365 is no longer with us and without their username and password I cannot check to see if they set themselves up as an admin. I there any way around this or a way to contact support

Support has a process in place to "elevate" another user to Global admin, if no existing admin accounts are accessible. You will have to go through some verification process first, of course, In any case, work with support on this.
