Not able to contact Microsoft Support Directly

We go through a Microsoft Reseller Partner to purchase O365 licenses and had the ability to contact Microsoft directly for any escalated tech support as an option.


This option is now no longer available on the help portal at the Microsoft 365 admin center.

The only support currently is strictly via our Partner Support/Microsoft Reseller.

Is there a way to have this feature turn back on so we are able to create support tickets to Microsoft directly?

Afaik no, you should go through your CSP. Even if you call the support lines directly, they will refer you to the CSP.
I have found that the Cloud Service Provider does NOT have any useful knowledge on 90% of the difficult questions. Thanks for your reply regardless.
