Hi, I've recently purchased an Office 365 subscription from NetRegistry and I need an account that has global admin access. Should one of my existing accounts have that permission?

SolutionI am not familiar with NetRegistry but usually when You set up a new Microsoft 365 tenant you enter a name of the new tenant and You also create an account with a preferred username. That account should become Global Admin by default. Once You have that username and its password You can manage other accounts in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Hope that answered Your question

@MagnusGoksoyrOLDProfile Thanks for your reply. It confirmed what I thought. I now need to find out who or how I fix it.
Regards,
Paul
