Love the new cleaner Office 365 menu, however...

Love the cleaner look, however as the previous UI had a dark background, my custom tiles are now invisible as I made the icon graphics white...

Can someone confirm for me the ideal image size so I can prepare new ones?

Anyway, keep up the good work. The new UI is nice. It will probably be a bit blinding at night, but it's nice.

What i have seen is this the new look for the tiles color of the app and black with white back ground

With the previous menu it was easy to switch between eg Excel to my Calendar. Now I first have have to open Outlook from the top left menu en then press again in the lower left corner within the outlook app to get to the calendar. Not very productive for me.
