Is there a way to find out who is using outlook in my organization?

Hi all , 

we are trying to find a way to check who is using outlook (we have WIN/Macs/Linux users) in the organization from admin POV to get some statistics . 

does anyone know of a way to reach that target?

you can use the cloud apps discovery in the Defender for Cloud Apps but for sure you need your users to be licensed with E5 or with the defender plan that includes the MDCA capabilities. .
