How can I get a case escalated

I've been having a major issue with my tenant since Friday (4 days ago). I've contacted MS support via telephone and via multiple tickets and I cannot get anyone to contact me back. I called in this morning and spoke to over-seas advocates who twice put me on a long hold then hung up on me. I am currently on another 30 min hold. How can I reach someone who isn't just a screener. I have never experienced this kind of support from Microsoft-- I've always had good experiences. This is unacceptable. Every time I get hun up on I have to go through the same phone tree just to reach someone else who puts me on hold.

Community, please help. How can I talk to someone who can look at this case and get it assigned?
